The BYBI Curriculum - The Step-By-Step Process We’ll Walk Together

A clear, self-paced path that walks you step-by-step to turn your God-given idea into a God-led, impactful, profitable business.

Phase 1: ALIGN // Get in step with God and your real life

In the Align phase, we slow down and make sure you are actually building the big idea God is asking you to build right now, not just what the internet says you “should” be doing. You will:

• Clarify which big idea (and which first version of it) God is highlighting for this season so you know exactly what to focus on next.

• Pray through your plan using guided exercises that help you “give God room” to speak, adjust, and confirm your next steps.

• Calibrate your calendar so there is realistic, scheduled time each week to work on your business and your mindset, not just think about it.

• Activate community and accountability so you are not building in isolation or trying to figure it all out in your own head.

By the end of Align, you are clear on your God aligned big idea, your next 6 month goal, and when that work is actually happening week to week.

Phase 2: TEST // Date your idea before you marry it
In the Test phase, you stop guessing and start gathering real data with real people so you can build an offer that actually works in the real world. You will:

• “Date your avatar” by having short research conversations with the exact people you want to serve so you can hear their real language, pain points, and desires.

• Craft a simple 1.0 test offer that is fast to deliver, valuable, and focused on giving them a specific quick win in 30 days or less.

• Run a low risk, low cost private trial of your offer so you can validate pricing, structure, and promise without a big public launch.

• Collect structured feedback and 5 star style testimonials that become the “receipts” you will use in your marketing later.

By the end of Test, you have proof that people will pay for your offer, clear insight into how to improve it, and impact testimonials that boost your confidence and your sales.

Phase 3: LAUNCH // Build a simple funnel that sells on repeat
In the Launch phase, you turn your tested idea into a simple, sustainable sales system you can keep running over time. You will:

• Design a 1.0 funnel that walks people from first discovering you, to considering your offer, to buying, to becoming raving fans.

• Create a community building content plan that matches your personality, your avatar, and your real life so you can actually show up consistently.

• Set up your basic sales assets, including a clear sales letter, simple checkout or invoice system, and confirmation and follow up touchpoints.

• Turn your funnel “on” for your first 30 days, then learn how to monitor and optimize it so you can grow from “occasional sale” to “consistent sales.”

By the end of Launch, you are not just sitting on a dream. You are running a real, God aligned offer with a simple funnel, real customers, real testimonials, and a clear path to keep growing your impact and income.

This curriculum can be completed in 6 months or less if you follow the recommended pacing.
